We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Times

We use DHL to process our shipping.  A signature is required as proof of delivery.  Online orders will not be released under any circumstances unless a signature is obtained. A tracking number will be send to your email. We can only accept claims within 3 weeks of the shipping day.


Sales Tax, Customs & Excise Duties may apply to some countries.


Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of AVOCA Designs.

If you are trying to return goods, you must contact us in advance and Avoca will issue a Return Number. No returns can be accepted without a Return Number. Then ship the items back with your own trackable and insured shipping method to:

The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.

AVOCA is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.


Refund Process


Please note you need to get a preauthorised returns number from sales@avoca.ie prior to returning goods.


Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
